How does the complimentary 500-photo trial work?
Every automotive dealership begins with a risk-free 30-day evaluation period of up to 500 vehicle photos. You gain immediate access to all features, including inventory synchronization and automated logo placement. The trial concludes automatically after 30 days without rollover, automatic renewal, or billing obligations.
What is the difference between Plus and Ultra?
Plus and Ultra are offered at the exact same tier price. You decide per vehicle which aesthetic complements your showroom best. Plus provides calm, balanced studio atelier lighting while preserving natural ambient reflections. Ultra delivers an authentic exterior dynamic with sculpted contrast and deeper skies. On your first trial vehicle, both versions are delivered side-by-side in the download folder.
How do I upload vehicle photos and how quickly are they delivered?
You can drag and drop complete vehicle folders directly into your browser, with the registration or stock ID recognized automatically. On mobile devices, simply select photos directly from your camera gallery. Processing starts immediately: within minutes, your complete studio-grade set is ready as a ZIP file in the overview, with a download link sent by email.
Are dealer plates, showroom branding, and factory colors preserved?
Yes. Our dedicated processing architecture operates 100% authentically without generative AI hallucination or synthetic body panel replacement. Original dealer surrounds, showroom plates, and authentic paint finishes are maintained faithfully. You can also configure your custom company logo to appear in any chosen corner.
Can vehicle photo enhancement connect directly to my inventory software?
Yes. Automated inventory synchronization allows new vehicle photos to be retrieved, enhanced to studio quality on dedicated VPS nodes, and returned to your vehicle management system without manual intervention. Direct folder upload via desktop and mobile remains available at all times.
Am I committed to a long-term contract or notice period?
No. All showroom subscription tiers can be cancelled or adjusted on a monthly basis. As your vehicle turnover expands or contracts, switch tiers at any time. Initial activation is completed securely via corporate credit card or preferred digital payment method, followed by automated monthly billing.
Is VAT zero-rated for commercial dealerships outside the Netherlands?
Yes. For commercial dealerships within the European Union (outside the Netherlands) holding a valid VAT identification number, VAT is automatically reverse-charged (0%). Enter your company VAT ID during checkout, and the invoice will be zero-rated automatically.
